Summary
FarmboxRx is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Vice President of Product to join our leadership team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Tech/Development/Experience/Quality Team and leadership stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class member engagement platform that enhances the long-term health outcomes of our members by promoting engagement with preventative care and fostering self-efficacy. To excel in this position, you must possess significant experience in technical product management and be well versed in working with technical development teams. Prior background working for Managed Care Organization (MCO) vendors or service providers with a background in working with value-based care organizations and services required. A foundational knowledge base in MCO quality improvement, HEDIS, member survey processes, and organizational improvement is preferred.
Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with the Tech/Development/Experience/Quality Team and leadership stakeholders to deliver a member engagement product that improves long-term health outcomes through accessible nutrition solutions.
● Provide strategic oversight of the Director of Quality and the Director of Member Experience to build a cohesive experience in the final product.
● Responsible for the strategic development and the operationalization and scaling of outcome intervention components across all product lines.
● Responsible for continued value creation within the product line while maintaining high-quality standards in accordance with client expectations.
● Demonstrate strong leadership skills to ensure accountability and performance through multiple layers of management and senior-level staff.
● Plan, organize, and direct relevant departments to provide exceptional member engagement experience with FarmboxRx products and services.
● Work towards increasing positive outcomes in Medicare Stars and other quality rating systems.
● Coordinate with internal and external personnel to meet operational program needs and ensure compliance with state and federal health plan provisions, CMS guidelines, NCQA, and contractual health plan requirements.
● Provide long-term planning, strategic oversight, and direction to align with the company's mission and values.
● Work with the Executive Leadership team to develop and formalize the product roadmap and articulate key business requirements needed to be executed based on the organizational timelines and client requests.
Competencies:
● Extensive experience in technology product management functions within Managed Care Organization (MCO) vendors or service providers.
● Strong knowledge base in quality improvement, accreditation, HEDIS, satisfactory survey processes, and organizational improvement.
● Minimum of eight years in a Product leadership role with direct reports.
● Proven ability to provide strategic oversight and direction in product success.
● Familiarity with Medicare Stars and other quality rating systems.
● Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage multiple layers of management and senior-level staff.
● Exceptional organizational and communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
● In-depth understanding of state and federal health plan provisions, CMS guidelines, NCQA, and contractual health plan requirements.
● Strategic thinker with the ability to plan for long-term growth and align with company values.

Supervisory Responsibilities
● The VP of Product will report directly to the CEO and oversee the Director of Quality and the Director of Member Experience.

● Education and/or Experience
o Business Administration Degree, or equivalent; 8+ years of related experience and/or training;
- Extensive knowledge of Healthcare Quality Measures HEDIS /STARS. Requiring at least 8 years in market experience working with a managed care organization or a vendor serving a managed care organization.
